This vulnerability, worsen by climate change, which led to consequential economic losses, stracture-damages and loss of lives. The call for more resiclient Philippines requires a varied approach in addressing the causes, effective responses, and overcoming the preserving challenges.

One of the reason for being vulnerable of the Philippines is the disaster that we’re experiencing. Such as volcanic activities and climate change. However, the risks of this infrastracture and human life posed by this exposure to extreme weather events like, typhoons, floods, and droughts. Second is the Poverty and Inequality. This may cause low-income communities which frequently result in insufficient infrastructure. We know that Illiteracy  is one of the major problem in our country. This is the quality or condition of being unable to read or write. In the recent data, there are 2.8 million illiterate adults in our country.

We Filipinos are known for our ability to recover from difficult situations by being united and still maintaining a positive attitude. The Philippines' resilience endeavor illustrates the importance of a ma multi-faceted approach that unifies government policies, community engagement, and technological and traditional knowledge.

Amidst of all the threats, I see the genuine in you and your dedication to up-lifts people's lives. I hope that this will not affect how you lead our country for the better. There's something that makes me discomfort about the challenges we face now-poverty. This makes me alarmed since I'm worried that we may not have progress in our country. However, I appreciate your unwavering helping hand to your fellow filipinos. Keep the good work, and we, filipinos are rooting for you!

Information About Me

Few Information About Me

Hello! My name is Harriet Aban, which contains a several memories and experiences. I'm currently  15 years od and was born in Gran Canaria, Spain—raised here in the Philippines. Growing up in this place developed my knowledge of the country's culture. And when it comes to my menage, I can tell that they’ve been my supporter and teacher/tutor at the same time. They instilled me values such as accountability and how to respect and be polite to people around you.

Growing up, l find myself as a compassionate, determined, and conscientious person. I can tell that these traits / skills helps me through life challenges or struggles and opportunities

(it also serves as my self-reflection). And when it comes to hobbies, i don't have a lot or any of these, but i would gladly say that i like to do exercises and figure things out in my spare time. Moreover, the interesting facts about myself is I love to love—I care for and appreciate people more than they thought. And of course, as an adolescent, there are still a lot of things that I'm not incapable of doing. But with the help of humankind or i should say older than me, I believe that I’ll acquire out these things.

When it comes to my future plan, I really can't tell right now since as the time goes by, it changes. But the one thing i'm sure is I want to graduate college and will have professional or permanent job. I want to pay my parent's hard works and sacrifices and live the life that I want as well as deserve.
